Group fitness classes are great for intensity! Through a broad range of efficient exercises you will be working on your cardio capacity, burning calories and challenging your different muscle groups. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a seasoned athlete can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity.
